Credits and add-ons

Know what the monthly plan actually covers

Plans include core workflow plus practical SMS and photo allowances. Add-ons and extra usage packs are there so each business can grow without jumping into a bigger plan too early.

SMS credits are operational usage
Use them for quote SMS, ready messages, invoice links, reminders, and manual customer follow-up. Higher plans include more monthly usage before extra credits are needed.
Photos are useful for repair evidence, handover, field work, and customer share links. Plans include storage allowances, with extra packs available for heavier usage.
Modules keep plans flexible
A business can start with the base workflow and add specific modules later, instead of paying for a larger plan before the team actually needs it.
Payments are two separate flows
Customer invoice payments are separate from a business paying FlowMotive. This keeps business checkout, payouts, and subscription billing easier to understand.

Buying guidance

Choose the plan by workflow pressure

The right plan is usually less about business size alone and more about how much workflow depth, communication volume, and platform control your team already needs.

Repair operators
Usually start with Starter or Growth depending on how much repair volume, parts handling, and customer follow-up they already manage.
Appointment services
Usually move into Growth sooner because calendar depth, notes, and client follow-up become important early.
Field teams
Often fit Growth or Scale once site visits, materials, and team coordination become part of daily operations.
Pricing questions

What to know before choosing a plan

The practical details behind trial timing, TBA pricing, customer payments, and optional modules.

Why are paid plan prices shown as TBA?

FlowMotive is finalising launch packaging, so paid pricing is confirmed during setup. This lets the plan, optional modules, and usage allowances match the actual business workflow before billing starts.

Does the trial start when I submit the form?

No. The 14-day trial starts after FlowMotive reviews, prepares, and activates the workspace, so the trial time is not wasted while setup details are being checked.

Are customer invoice payments separate from my subscription?

Yes. Customer invoice payments and the business subscription to FlowMotive are separate Stripe flows, which keeps tenant payouts and FlowMotive billing easier to manage.

Can modules be added after launch?

Yes. Modules are designed to be added later, so a business can start with the core workflow and expand into calendar, parts ordering, imports, reporting, or staff controls when ready.

Need a tailored setup?

We can shape FlowMotive around your business model.

Whether you run repairs, appointment services, or field teams, we can map the right workflow preset, branding, and plan path before you commit.
