Terms summary

Plain expectations before a workspace goes live.

This page gives prospective customers and operators a clear commercial summary. A signed customer agreement, invoice terms, or tailored onboarding notes may add more specific terms for a particular workspace.

Workspace use
  • Each customer workspace is intended for the business or organisation that requested it.
  • Users must only access records, clients, files, messages, and billing areas they are authorised to use.
  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of the operational data they enter.
Plans and billing
  • Plan features, usage limits, trial periods, and billing status can affect access to messaging, uploads, modules, and payment workflows.
  • Subscription and payment setup may involve Stripe, platform review, or manual support where self-serve checkout is not available.
  • Workspace data should be exported or reviewed before cancellation or major migration decisions.
Responsible claims
  • FlowMotive is an operations platform, not a replacement for legal, accounting, clinical, payroll, or compliance advice.
  • CareFlow support for NDIS, aged care, or care operations is workflow support and does not guarantee provider registration, audit success, or regulatory compliance.
  • Customers should confirm industry obligations, consent wording, data retention, billing rules, and regulated-sector processes with appropriate advisers.
